The Heart of Compassion

Thursdays, April 12th to May 17th

6.30pm - 7.30pm AEDT

The Heart of Compassion is a profound and practical instruction on the most important challenge we could ever face: how to effectively let go of the delusion and insecurity that deeply affects us all, embracing instead a practice of clarity and courage. Presenting this timeless and sublime teaching, known as the Thirty-Sevenfold Practice of a Bodhisattva, the great master Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche (1910-1991) clarifies this radical instruction based on his own realisation. The present translation by the Padmakara Translation Group also offers a wealth of additional instruction from the lineage.

Practical aspects of online courses:

Students are requested to read sections of the text prior to the scheduled class. During the session Jakob unpacks and summarizes the text using a live power point presentation which is visible on the participant's computer. This format enables anyone to participate regardless of location.

Participants also have an option to download both audio and video recordings of the lesson if they are unable to join in real-time. Participants may review and download any session as often as required.
